Job Description

The Delivery Associate position will include rigorous physical activity such as: walking 15,000 - 20,000 steps in a standard work day, lifting and moving bins and parcels weighing between 5-50 lbs. each, and climbing several flights of stairs (depending on the route);  quickly and efficiently loading cargo vans with packages in a warehouse setting;  safely operating a loaded vehicle 50+ miles per day; delivering packages door-to-door in all weather conditions; and completing 100 - 200+ individual stops per day. Must be capable of working in a team environment, navigating with a company-provided GPS, and problem-solving on the fly.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Age 21 or over

  • Current US driver’s license in good standing

  • Be able to walk, climb stairs, and get in and out of a van for the duration of your shift

  • Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Be able to operate a cargo van safely

  • Customer service focus

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS​

  • Former or transfer Amazon DSP Delivery Associates

  • Former delivery drivers for other major transportation organizations (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.)

  • Military veterans and/or military spouses are encouraged to apply


​SCHEDULES

  • 4+ days a week for full-time DAs

  • 10-hour shifts

  • Mid-morning start time

  • Shifts available 7 days a week

  • Opportunity to work a set schedule

  • FT & PT positions available
